Alfredo Fettucini was, along with his brother Bill, the owner of the travelling circus The Fantastic Flying Fettucini Brothers Circus. The two brothers were always arguing, and seemed to be rather frantic when it came to circus business (hence the attraction to hire Guybrush Threepwood as a cannon-tester).
They arrived on Melee Island cleared out a space in the forest and set up their big top. Unable to decide on who should test their Cannon they paid Guybrush Threepwood to do so.
