Bart, along with Fink was a pirate trapped on Scabb Island due to the Largo Embargo. They were friends of Captain Dread.
They spent their time relaxing on the beach of Scabb by a fire.
Guybrush Threepwood would often tell them the story of how he defeated the Ghost pirate LeChuck. His overblown exaggerations and repetition made this very tiresome for the pair. It was at one of these fireside storytelling sessions that Threepwood announced that he would be starting a new adventure, and that he hoped to find the lost treasure of Big Whoop.
Bart was sterilising Fink's eyepatch stuffing which Guybrush Threepwood mistook for a marshmallow. They responded that they were not girl scouts.
He knew a number of songs including some Dirty Songs About Governor Marley and 99 Bottles of Beer On The Wall.
