Biff was a member of LeChuck's Cadaverous Crew.
His top half was destroyed by Guybrush Threepwood, using the ghost zapping formula when Biff tried to stop him from preventing LeChuck's marriage to Elaine Marley. His bottom half continued to run around the town.
