Bill Fettucini is, along with his brother Alfredo, the owner of the travelling circus The Fantastic Flying Fettucini Brothers Circus. They arrive on Melee Island and set up in a clearing. However unable to decide on who should test their Cannon they pay Guybrush Threepwood to do so.
