Captain Blondebeard is the proprietor of Blondebeard's Chicken Shop a chicken restaurant located near the center of Puerto Pollo, the main town of Plunder Island.
While a kindly and warm individual, he nevertheless did not take criticism of his cooking lightly.
Blondebeard regarded himself a Connoisseur o' Carrion, and claimed to be a huge fan of his fried chicken recipe. One of the things he enjoyed most of his cooking was the crunchiness of the beaks between his teeth.
He has been a member of the Brimstone Beach Country Club and Smorgy since 1632, after threatening to run the management all through.
He greatly feared the dreaded El Pollo Diablo, otherwise known as "The Demon Chicken", and vowed revenge after his chickens were set free.
Appearance[]
Captain Blondebeard's beard and mustache; as his name insinuates, were completely blonde, including the feather on his cap. His penchant for eating very hard and crunchy things has resulted in him losing much of his teeth. He had one particular tooth which was made of gold. He had a hook for one hand, and an oven-mitt on the other.
He was not known for his hygiene, being prone to sneezing fits in the kitchen and often scratching his behind while cooking.

- His name is a pun on the famous pirate Blackbeard.
- The special ingredient to his Biscuit n' Things is maggots. Though, this is mainly because he can't keep them out of the food.
