The Blowfishwas a type of fish. It was used by one of the former pirate leaders for a burping contest. In the hard mode, if Guybrush is able to perform a more potentn burp, he would be given the blowfish. The blowfish would then be used by Guybrush to extend the time of holding his breath when exploring beneath the ocean.
