The Grogatini Sword was a decorative piece on a Grogatini, which resembled a small sword with an olive. The grogatini was one of the drinks available at club 41 on Flotsam island.

Guybrush used it as the makeshift katana for a disguised Dark Ninja Dave action figure. It would later be revealed that D'Oro would have have of his eyes gouged out from that piece of toy.
