The ghost pirate Iron Rose was LeChuck's quartermaster on LeShip during his quest to find the true Secret of Monkey Island.
She mentioned that she had known LeChuck for a long time, so it seemed that she had risen through the ranks to become his second in command.
Guybrush Threepwood met her on the Mêlée Docks when she was overseeing the loading of the ship and hiring new crew. She was looking for a swabbie to complete the team. The requirements were that they brought their own mop and were not Guybrush Threepwood.
