Largo's toupee was a wig kept by Largo LaGrande in his room at the Swamp Rot Inn. It had flakes of his dandruff left on it.

Once Guybrush Threepwood gained entry to Largos room, he was able to take the toupee.
Usage[]
When Threepwood gave the toupee to the Voodoo Lady she was able to take some of the dandruff to be used in construction of a voodoo doll.
