The Volcano on Blood Island used to be an attraction. The newly established vegan Cannibals led by Lemonhead worshipped the Volcano. The Volcano was lactose intolerant, so when Guybrush dropped some cheese into the volcano, it caused the dormant volcano to erupt again.
