Noogie is a character in Tales of Monkey Island as well as one of the members of Coronado De Cava's ship, The Howler Monkey.
Noogie, along with the rest of the crew and the ship, were swallowed up and became stranded inside the manatee. Noogie and the rest of the crewmembers grew tired of their captain's bossiness and left for the stomach. They also took Coronado's cochlear replacement for the mantee. While Coronado De Cava beleived that his crew were dead, the crew set themselves up a party and established the Democratically United Brotherhood of the Manatee Interior
He can be persuaded to let Guybrush Threepwood join by setting him up on a date with Morgan LeFlay. Later it's found out that he betrayed the Brotherhood and got killed. His grave can be found in the Crossroads in Chapter 5.
