The Phatt Island Guard seemed to be the only law enforcement on Phatt Island.
He carried a pistol and a sword and patrolled the wharf when he was not acting as Governor Phatt's personal bodyguard.
He was assisted by Walt the dog when it came to guarding the island's prison.
He arrests Guybrush Threepwood once he sets foot on the island and takes him to Governor L. Phatt before jailing him. He a lso arrests Captain Kate Capsize whe he is convinced that she is Guybrush.
He is also seen in Phatt's mansion guarding the stairway to the Governor's bedroom, but he is so easily guillible that Guybrush could talk him out of the way with some silly line.
