Pink Pajama Pierres was the least rare of Porceline Power Pirate Action Doll.
Joquin de Oro brought multiple Pink Jamama Pierres with him to Flotsam island, and are in a pile next to him. Joaquin claims that he hates Pink Pajama Pierres with the intensity of a hundred cannonballs. Despite hating the doll, he does not want to give up any of his dolls, despite having loads of the doll.
Guybrush was able to obtain one from Jaquin's pile by telling him that Dark Ninja Dave was behind him. Gubrush helped Nipperkin with the story of finding treasure by dressing up a Pierre Pete into a dark Ninja Dave by covering the doll with ink and giving it a cocktail sword (came from club 41's Groggatini).
Sometime after Guybrish left the Island and returned, Doro discovered the doll was a fake and lost one of his eyes.
DOro lost his eye when playing with the "Dark Ninja's sword." He was then persuiaded by Stan to charge Threepwood with supplying him with a fake action doll and it it cost him his eye.
