Reginald Van Winslow (or Winslow) was formerly the captain of the Screaming Narwhal who would later become the lone crewmember working for Guybrush Threepwood. He has an obsession with maps.

Before he ended up on Flotsam, he traveled to various places such as Booty, Sishami and Scabb Island.
It was unsure if he was involved in the construction of the The Screaming Narwhal, but he gained the role of its captain by taking the previous captain off the boat. He remained undefeated until he was defeated by Guybrush.
Winslow was chosen (or chose himself) as Guybrush Threepwood's first mate on the Narwhal after Guybrush knocked him off with a mini-bomb.
He ultimately ended up with Anemone.

He is the host of the tournament in Poker Night at The Inventory, and its sequel.
