A slug was term for a fake coin.
Chuckie and Boybrush Threepwood found one while looking for coins in an outhouse so they could buy Scurvydogs. Chuckie informed Boybrush what it was called.

It can be found on the floor of the outhouse opposite the Scurvydog Vendor's shop.
Usage[]
The Vendor's poor sight leads him to believe it is a real Piece o' Eight, and accepts it as payment for two scurvydogs.
