The Small Key was used with the cells in the Phatt Island Jail.
It was held by Walt the Dog while he stood guard.

Guybrush Threepwood managed to get the key when he tempted Walt to approach him with a bone.
Usage[]
Threepwood used it to escape his cell. He could also later use it to release Kate Capsize when she was arrested.
