Spinner Cay was a part of the Jerkbait Islands, as well as the location of a city of the mer-folk within the Gulf of Melange known as the Vaycalians. The island serves their home after they migrated from Flotsam Island, and later felt under siege by Captain McGillicutty, with this event been depicted on Tales of Monkey Island second chapter The Siege of Spinner Cay.
