Ted was one of McGillicutty's pirate crew. When a pox-empowered LeChuck went on a rampage against the pirates that previously fought him, the undead pirate blew a cannon point blank into Ted's torso. He ended up in the crossroads, where his ghost retained the hole that he died from, and went to the Treasure Hunting area.

Ted served McGillicutty's crew. he was among the crewmen that attempted to ambush and attacked LeChuck due to holding the Golden Turtle. After LeChuck used the pox-filled sponge to become a pirate god and killing Guybrush, he found all of the pirates that attacked him and killed themn, including Ted.
