The Long John Silver Center for the Performing Arts was a theatre in the Plunder Island town of Puerto Pollo.
During Guybrush's exploration, the theatre is currently preparing for Slappy Cromwell's play, Spear (which turns out to be an unintentional parody of shakespearian plays).
The building is easily distinguishable by its tall clock tower. Although the front doors to the stage are closed and locked, Guybrush is able to enter in the side door which leads to the side of the stage.

The clock tower is synced up with the player's computer system and always displays the correct time.
There's an unused stage-floorboard-anim-object object in the Puerto Pollo Theater Stage area. While this is technically seen in the cutscene where a cannon ball lands on the floorboard, it was abandoned as an interact-able background object. In-game, the floor is back to normal after the show. Threepwood would shout "Hello down there!" if the 'talk' option was selected.
