Windmill
The windmill of Blood Island was located in the west of the island. There is a bridge on which is a barrel full of sugar water (perhaps used for the production of rum).

- In Mega Monkey mode, the door to the windmill is locked, so Guybrush Threepwood ascends to the bridge by using the umbrella on the blades. However he can unlock the door from the inside on his way out.
- According to the Strategy Guide, originally there was a screen with the interior of the mill, but it was decided that there would be no reason for a screen without interaction, so it was left out.
